FULL-TIME and PART-TIME (RCA)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring and delivering compassionate care. Always enhancing residents self worth, self dignity and sense of belonging within our community.
Responsible for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents varied ADLs/service levels: scheduled showers, am/pm care, toileting assistance, incontinence care, transfers, escort assistance to meals and activities, engaging nutritional assistance, social activities and behavioral interventions.
We prefer either work experience or personal care experience. We accept CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistant's) but DO NOT require certification.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, push and pull care equipment and carts, ability to mop, sweep, vacuum
Operate lifting/transfer equipment: stand lift, hoyer lift, weight scale, slide boards, etc... Ability to stand a full shift.
Each of these positions are required to work assigned every other weekend and holidays as they may fall on your scheduled shift.

Full-time Cook

FULL-Time Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
Performs a combination of duties to maintain facility premises in clean and orderly condition, including lobby, rooms, apartments, and other common areas. Resident laundry to be done daily and facility laundry to be done as often as needed to keep the facility linen supplies available as needed.
Skills:Must be able to meet all the physical components of essential job functions as required by the general physical examination test established in coordination with the facility and company job description. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to interact with patients, visitors and employees in a patient, respectful and cooperative manner. Knowledge of and follow through on residents' rights. Ability to work well as part of a team Practice of safety a must for yourself and others, whether it be in lifting, use of cleaning products, standing on things to reach, walking on wet floors, etc. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of six (6) months' prior experience in the housekeeping field preferred.
Work Hours: M-Fri 7am-3pm
Pay Period: 80 hours
FULL-Time Dietary Aide
Responsibilities:
Responsible for serving Resident meals by following their daily menus accurately on the tray line. Also responsible for serving our residents at their dining tables in the Main dining room (no cooking responsibility). Assist Chef in food prepping before main meals served. Pre set resident dining tables in accordance to company standards. Disinfect and cleaning up prior to resetting the Main Dining Room tables after each meal time. Must always adhere to Resident Rights!
Skills:Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and be able to interact with residents, visitors and employees in a very patient, respectful and cooperative manner. You'll need to work well as part of a team and be able to practice safety in all areas of the kitchen, service area and dining room. Must adhere to our company pillars of services expectations at all times. Must be able to push and pull at least 50lbs boxes, food carts, dish carts, etc.
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm + weekends
Pay Period: 64-80 hours
LICENSED NURSE
LPN or RN
Responsibilities:Responsible for residents' medication administration, treatments and daily management of overall health and well-being. Assessment and documentation of any resident incidents, accidents or change of status. Adherence to individual resident service plans. Maintain professional communication with residents' families. Collaborate closely with physicians, home care and hospice. Supervise the resident care aides, working alongside them when necessary.
Skills:
Must be a licensed nurse in the state of MI, either LPN or RN.

Strict adherence to HIPAA required. Must adhere to 8 rights of medication administration. Experience using an electronic MAR system. Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-oriented environment while being a Team Player with all departmental staff. Part-Time Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
Run the dish tank, wash Chef’s pots/pans and trash removal as well as assist in bussing dining room tables and run resident meal trays to their apartments. Be able to Lift and Wash kitchen floor rubber mats into the dishwasher. Must be able to mop and sweep all floors per company standards.
Skills:Team player with good customer service attitude and delivery! A fun relaxed environment, makes a perfect high school/college job for the right student!
